Dear Laura:We want to thank you for the good job you did in handling the rental of our home this summer. We had a lot of trepidation about renting it to strangers but you managed the situation very well and when we returned last week our home was as nice as when we left it. It is a very difficult job, being an intermediary between the owners and (sometimes difficult) tenants, but you handled every problem to our satisfaction. We understand the extended problems due to the storms and power outages and truly appreciate your efforts. We are so pleased with your professional standards that we have recommended you to another of the homeowners here in San Andres as they are planning to rent their home for the winter and summer months.We look forward to working with you again as we plan to rent our home every summer and possibly for part of the winter.
